Car has potential.. here are some I like...

F*** the Lambo Doors... no need for that it ain't a Lambo..

Iroc Rims look good, black out tint, taillights, etc... looks clean.

I would hook up some 22" or 20" f*** anything bigger just looks stupid...

Check Craigslist.. a lot of people sell their rims and tires for about 1/3 what they cost new...
