^ by "status quo," I was referring to the bullsh!T whitefolx want the public to believe. Right now, whitefolx are still runnin America, from the poliTRiCKanz & the political sH!Tstem to school cirriculums to what you watch on television.
For example, take the gallup polls for instance, do you think every ethnicity or age group is represented in the surveys?
Of course not, so they are clearly biased, but used as "statistical facts" to upold a majority opinion. That was my point.

so you mean all white people? or do you mean a white status? I get confused because everybody has there own theory..because if you mean white people I wish I had some say so on what goes on. And about the polls, I couldn't tell you. Unless I was behind the seeens I don't think anyone knows for sure.

I know I'm Irish, German, and Scandanavian(sweedish and danish) Most white people I know atleast have a general idea of their ethnicity. Lots of people just don't care for some reason. Lots of people with Irish in them don't even know Irish were used as slaves and that the potato famine wasn't an accident but an act of genocide...
Oh-is that right?

Has any one ever told you about when...

the Irish were migrating to America in droves trying to escape the potato famine (did you know that the potoes and potato farming were brought to Ireland from South America? When the Europeans found out that the Incas could cultivate potatoes and had over 30 different types they hopped on the bandwagon hoping to cure the food shortages in Ireland by experimenting with the new crops.)
What happened to the Incas, if the Irish were suffering from genocide??????

many Irish immigrants came to America as indentured servants and contracted work to richer whites from England. Many in the South became overseers over the field slaves on plantations.

I am unaware of the social status of the Irish in England during the time of slavery, but in America they enjoyed some of the same privilages as other "whites."

Foetwin, I can assure you, whover brought potato's to ireland WERE NOT the Irish. If anyone its the English (I need to research this tho, but I know its not the Irish)

The whole "potato famine" would not have been a problem if it wasn't for the fact that the English took over all of the Irish's land and crops, and was exporting all of the food from Ireland to the rest of Europe. The Irish were forced to depend on potato's, and when those went bad, the English continued to ship OUT Irelands food supply. So as a result MILLIONS died, and millions were forced to flee.

many Irish immigrants came to America as indentured servants and contracted work to richer whites from England. Many in the South became overseers over the field slaves on plantations.
ROFL, obviously you don't know your Irish history. When the Irish first came, they were forced to work on mesquito infested swamps because most people would not hire them. They were on SLAVE LEVEL aside from being free. Their living conditions were horrible and many died...

I am unaware of the social status of the Irish in England during the time of slavery, but in America they enjoyed some of the same privilages as other "whites."
here's one link:

http://dekalb.dc.peachnet.edu/~yliu/classes/hist/slavery.html

^^sounds like it was written by an african american, so obviosly he wasn't quick to put it on the level of africans slavery. This is once in america tho, Irish suffered more in England...

I had some others few I got from HERESY in one topic but I lost all my bookmarks :/

Blacks are NOT the only ones to suffer in our history. Keep thinkin all us whites are rich living comfortably with no problems and no suffering if ya want, its not reality...

I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE

I pledge allegiance to the flag
No I don’t I might as well pledge it to a body bag
Stars and stripes upon a blood stained rag
Hand over my heart and I’m 5 years old
Words I don’t know, now I do what I’m told
Cleansing my brain
Makin the mind safe and sane
For the hypocrites rhetoric and now the kids tame
Insane ready to come out the shell
Fill a head with lies and it begins to swell
Now are you ready for the big white lie?
Once upon a crime and you have to ask why
To pledge or not to pledge
That is the question
But they don’t give you a choice when schools in session

Anti-affirmative action,
Social service cuts,
Three strikes law,
And proposition 187,
Now did you really believe that you lived in heaven?
And how can anyone really be surprised?
When the system, country, and flag was built on the demise
Of non white people, red and black
So how could you think you would be viewed as an equal
And how can you really believe in reform
When a secret mason system dictates the norm
And in preservation of this neocolonial slave hunting-Red killing
Militias were reborn
We must disinfect and decontrol!
Decolonize our minds to regain control!
Decolonize our minds to save our souls

To the earth, to the air, to the fire, and to the water....
The eagle and condor have met
We must realize
Our connection to this land
Till a Hopi and a Mexica can really understand
That invaders divided indigenous people
Under english, french, or spanish it make us all feeble
Unable to recognize each other
From Xicano to Lakota all sisters and brothers
In the spirit of Pontiac, all the red keepers of the earth mother
From the top of Alaska to the tip of South America
502 years of indigenous resistance

\/\/ | C K | D ~that was dope! you need to copywrite that one holmes.

@snub: yes I was referring to the english, it was the spanish who introduced the potatoes to the english first, before potatoes were used in Ireland. You are correct.

I read in your link: However, most of the Irish were not slaves. When comparing the two groups, the greatest difference is that the Irish immigrant had liberty and the African slave did not.

Do you know what happened once the grandfather clause became law during the 1890's???

@snub: *ding~ding~ding* "YOU ARE CORRECT!

so even though the 13th amendment formerly ended slavrey, and the 14th guaranteed us citizens the right to vote void onthe bases of color, or ethnicity the irish were still up one on blackfolx who were still socio-economically enslaved and dependent upon whites for survival (for sharecroppers acroos the Deep South)..

@ill: I'm lickin my lips now! hawg amwgz, chit'lens, taytah slad, dressin, cornbread, and *sweet potatoe pie*

oooooooooweeeeeeeeee, ya'll dont want to see me at your table, cause you might not get much!

@snub: oh yeah, the icing on the cake was that the grandfather clasue said if you could prove that your father, grandfther, or you voted prior to 1867, then you were alowed to vote..black voters were nonexistant inthe south prior to that date and the 14th amendment was ratified in 1868! Just another example of the caucazoid devil's bag of tircks!

whatever man, thats just a power thing. It ain't about holdin blacks down its about holding themselves UP. Whatever it takes. If holdin yall down will keep them rich their gonna do it...

BTW the grandfather clause was a state law, not federal, and technically if they were going by the constitution the law could not have been made. Althogh back then the constitution didn't mean shit because they states could say that its a state law, not a federal law, so the federal constitution wouldn't matter. Of course this problem was resolved finally in the early 1900's...

The system isn't built to oppress, its the fucks in power who do not follow the system correctly that oppress...

Yea you got me on a technicality LOL, lemme explain better...

It ain't that they just holding black down because their black, its because holding them down to lift themselves UP.

what I meant by "it wasn't about" is "the main point isn't"

lol, whatever, yall know what I'm tryna say...

defensive white people get on my last nerve.
How am I being defensive? I'm not denying anything that happened in the past. We are just having a disagreement on why the things happened....
