I think it was Rick Rock but I heard it was an IcyRoc beat remade. I guess it was done for Tech pre-anghellic and was never recorded on. It was a sample of ART OF NOISE, the same record used in the sample on "NOW ITS ON". The "Bout Ta Bubble" chorus is inspired by the clown in SPAWN the movie. Just some trivia.
