How have they been for people that used them? There was a thread about it like a month back, after which I went and placed a big order.... and I still ain't seen shit.

I know people was hella positive about them, but I sent emails and got no response - the first time I sent an email I got three words like "you have soon" and that was it.

Now I get no reply. Is this faulty or not? I ordered from FriscoStreetShow before and had no problems. Whats up with this - anyone used RapBay recently??

Damn I still ain't even got the Quinn CD............... :(

i got 2 say i have had nothing but good things happen with them, i always get my cds around 3 or 4 days after i order, i trust them 100%

yeah that was my post.. im in the bay area and it took about a week to get my order.. seems like there system isnt too good. i mean i got the order and on there site it said "Still processing will be shipped soon" and i already had the order after a week.. i emailed twice, never heard a responce once. outta the 3 dvds i got 2, 1 is backordered so we'll see how that goes.. havent got it yet its been 2 weeks.. there is a guy on this site promoting them.. i PM'd him and he said he could help track it.. but i got it that day.. so u might wanna pm him about it... XTruUntilDeathX <-- that guy.. could take a damn long time to get to the UK.. :confused:

They are legit and super fast on my orders. I still recommend them. Im sure some of these problems could be resolved if you call their phone # or email. They added to their staff so getting a reply may be easier now

I have gotten all of my orders within 2 days. the only time you might run into a problem is if they dont have the cd you ordered in stock. when this happened to me, I just asked them to replace it with something else and I got it 2 days later. I dont fuck with anyone else when it comes to ordering cds online.

thewholedamn-try sending them an email asking for particular replacement cds cause they probably dont have the albums you ordered. And as for the quinn, buy it in a store so it comes up on soundscan.

I gotta nothing but love to for Rapbay.....they been 100% legit on all my orders. I don't know too much about shipping to the UK but when I buy from across the Canadian border it takes up to 3 weeks.

YEAH RYAN AND THE CREW ARE DOING A GOOD JOB I KNOW A COUPLE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE ORDERD FROM THEM AND IT DID TAKE AWHILE TO GET THEIR BUT THEY DID IN RESPONDS COMPASATED THEM WITH OHTER SHIT SO BE PETIENT I KNOW IT'S HARD CAUSE IT IS YOUR MONEY BUT THEM AND FRISCOSTREETSHOW ARE THE BEST PLACE TO ORDER FROM!

yeah i ordered from them several times and its good service..

apart from the time when a tape broke as soon as i played it, the reel snapped. They said they'd exchange it, put it in with my next order, i reminded them but they forgot. I left it though since i can prolly fix the tape, since no tape was actually damaged.

i need to vent...

i'm usually a very understanding guy, but rapbay.com is pissin me off...

i made an order two weeks ago Tues, Oct 30th, and it still says "Packaging." i called them up yesterday and today..apparently four of the five t-shirts i ordered aren't in stock. the guy says that they get their stuff from other indepedent companies and blah blah blah but..

what i'm most upset about is why even put merchandise up for order if they're not in stock. i'm going to SoCal on Saturday which defeats the purpose if they're not in stock/won't arrive until at least next week. i wouldn't have ordered certain things if they weren't available.

their site reads:
We strive to ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

We maintain a 90% stock availability at all times. Some products are special order items. Please allow 4-5 days for noted products.

i'm just sayin, their credibility is all fucked up with me now. i think umma just get my money back cuz i'd rather not invest in a company that's disorganized and can't live up to their own expectations. it's hard for me to support whack shit, even if it's a local company.
