What's good weight gain protein powders?

I'm tryna get a weight gainer/muscle protein powder. But I dont want anything that'll fuck up my liver or anything. Anyone knows any healthy but effective weight/muscle gain protein powders to copp?

Haha i dont know with those powders n shit
but try to eat 3 eggs in the morning
cook it sunny side up and take out tha yellow part, eats lots of tha white tho

Pro-Complex Whey Protein. I think they have like 25-30 grams of protein in each serving. Thats A LOT! Most other protein shakes have only 15-20 per serving.

@ Keelopz: Its easier if you just make 10 hard boiled eggs and just peel the egg whites.

Are these supplements healthy to take though? I know of some crazy ass protein powders that have possible side effects like seizures & all that if not taken correctly. I dont wanna deal with that kinda shit.

naw i use to take that shit and had no problems with it. the only reason i got off it was becuz i was gettin TOO BIG. Plus, its pretty expensive. For that big ass jug its like 60-80 bucks. well worth it tho if you trying to get swole.

my bad the big jugs (4.4lbs) is around 45-50 bucks and Pro Complex has 55grams! Your suppose to have 1g per pound you weigh so 55g per serving aint bad. say you weigh 150. you only have to drink 3 servings and if you go with the other brands that have 20gs. you gotta drink more. this shit is good. if you get it i recommend the Rocky Road flavor. shits good and dont taste like medicine like the other brands i took.

@Killakali...seizers and rocks when you piss off some whey protein? I aint never heard of shit like that man and I been fuckin wit different whey proteins for a while. Theres no side effects really but you gotta work out.

Like North Vallejo said, get something with more protein per serving so you wont have to be drinkin it 5 times a day n shit...

^^^^no they dont. those are probably people who take that shit and sit on they ass and expect to be yoked automatic. u gotta work it out for at least an hour. take that powder and lift hard on the weekdays. weekends you should rest .
