It's a visualization of the routes and ports of a portion (less than 30%) of Class C networks.
Whoever made it either works for some sort of computer company of the sorts or does have way too much time on their hands lol.

Lol.. Just trying to Make a map of the internet is dumb.. and un needed.. but if you really think this Could map the WHOLE Internet and whatever You are dumb.. This is the dumbest thing ever.
