so i just got some cash transferred from mexico, my grandpa left us some land and we sold it so myself and 3 of my cousins each got 21gs...so i go to the bank not 20 minutes ago to get 10gs out to give to my mom and dad for whatever...the ppl there tell me that they have to order the money because they dont have that much, it will arrive middle of next week...ummmh...this is a bank were at riiiight?!?!lmao...what the fuck is that about...you got a vaultful of cash, give me unmarked cash, give me the cash w ink, just give me my damn money.wheres my money bitch, im rich. :cool:

appreciate youre response about my grandpa but i forgot to add he passed away about 10 yrs ago, the land has just been sitting there for a while.

sometimes u can hit a bank at a wrong time and they wont have any cash.....i should know, i work at one.......and there has been a few times where we had no money, and had to wait for a shipment...but it wasnt no week wait or nothing, maybe 2 hours for the shipment to arrive, but it is possible.....and seeing how i just got home and its wellfare day, i could tell u what there good for, its good for people who are on wellfare and only have like 5 bucks in the bank to cash their government checks....if not for us, how could they get money....and u think people would be greatful that were cashing their fuckin check when they only got like a buck in the bank, but no, then again, i really shouldbt be expecting much from these type of people......i swear they think the bank is the devil, but without us, they aint paying they bills........

well banks are their for you too keep all your money in a safe place....cuz what idiot would want to have all their money in cash...plus they dont got that much money in cash like people might think they do, thats due to people coming in & robin tha damn banks...

shit i went and cashed my paycheck on Friday...woke up today and they fuckers didnt apply the balance of what was left to my account....so i called and there like,"we dont show any checks cashed for your account"
im glad i kept my recpt and paycheck stub....i dont know how they did it but they losy my damn money, they should clear it up in a couple days, they gave me a temp. credit until they figure it out...

sometimes banks are in the process of moving money, and dont just keep large sums of money around, for whatever reason...it sucks, but i think its fairly reasonable that they have to get that money together, thats a large sum of cash to ask for point blank. most people i know, like when they've withdrawn their account, cant even get 1500 dollars in cash. they usually get it as a check in the mail, like a week later.

im saving the money putting it into my savings account and never touching it, its going into my credit union account where i dont have a atm so i wont be taking cash out regularly....


as for the selling of the land....dogg this is mexico were talking about, were the peso goes down like every other minute...plus there was a lot of legal troubles going on w my grandma and lawyers in mexico so they decided (mexico family) it was wiser to sell than to deal with bs digs...it dont matter anyways, its money i didnt even know i had till about 5 months ago.

banks are garbage. they take a $10.00 bill and turn it into a $100.00 bill by sending it back out into the economy through loans and such. That's funny that the bank didn't have that much money on hand because they are required to keep a certain percentage of thier total deposits in cash form( I Think* ). If everyone went to the bank on the same day and withdrawed all the money they have in the bank, the economy as a whole would fail because the government would have to print 10 times the amount of money that is in circulation. banks are shady in my opinion, just another way for the government to control all of it's people. just my $0.02

although the banks may be a seperate entity from the government, they are all still backed by the government... example ( " member FDIC " ). without the governments involvment a bank would be just like a safe in your room, and if they get robbed then everyone takes a loss. since the FDIC backs them, if they take a loss the government replaces thier lost currency. Banks may be seperate from the government but, the government will always be the silent unseen/unheard partner throughout the banking industry
