if your ever driving up the oregon coast, stop by the Rogue Brewery in Newport....they have hundreds of beers you can try, and they usually got some cheap deals on cases and growlers.

this august me and my girl stopped buy there and they had 1/2 gallon growlers of american amber ale for 5 fucking dollars, we swooped up 6 of em....shit is bomb...

and also my girl bought a pint of "my dads malt liquor" or some shit like that, and it tasted like a fancier tasting olde E, it was crazy

rogues chocolate brew is good with a lil hersheys chocolate bar or a lil cocoa on the side...and the rasberry lambic is coo....i like this one for its alcohol content though..i might actually beat gears of war 1 today

im thinking about starting to age some of the better beers i buy for a few years...

I can't say the taste of it is over rated or not but simply talkin money here I would rather get a 18 pack for the price of 6 of those beers. and alcohol content isnt really a factor for me. if i wanted high alcohol volumes, thats what liqour is for.

if you watched the initial video, you see how much work is put into crafting a special type of beer. and thats where the expense comes in. liek if a person manually stitches your clothes, or someone individually paints them liek miskeen, costs come in with that.

Sure i guess, id rather save 5-10 bucks on beer and use that towards more beer or food. some shit isnt substitubeable like bammer and chronic, but in my eyes beer is easily substituable (how ever you spell that word) becuase there are so many choices and many of them are pretty good in price. btw, how much did you pay for that beer in the first post of this thead?

i dont have a money problem. lets just say that. i aint tryna sound like im balling but im not eqactly counting 1 dollar bills when i hit the liquor store. so i dont go to the store like 'let me get this so i can eat that' ...im not living like that right now. fridge is stocked and im buying beer off drug money from last week. thats liek saying fuck hennessy privledge lets drink schleishmanns vodka for 1.99. it was 15.99 a 4 pack. and every beer is two of the beers you drink being that its 12 % abv.

im not downing your choice to budget wisely, im just saying, im a beer drinker, and i like to try new and different beers, and spending a few extra dollars isnt exactly gonna make me cry and count pennies for a can of beans

i live by a super fred meyer and their beer aisle is pretty impressive, it stretches like 70 yds and has almost every beer you can think of, from local shit to even weird imported beers from europe and shit, im going to see if they have one of those beers you recommended there in about 20 mins actually
