Years ago my family bought a bunch of land in evergreen...long story short I got my share of the land, flipped that shit for a grip, went ten fold on my profit and now im livin mighty comfortable with a big house in the green and money in the bank. fuck a job, I havent worked on anything but my tan in about a year. Property is the way to go. If you have any sales skills get into real estate, work your way to a brokers license, then earn enough to start buying and selling your own properties. Thats freedom, nothing but your own hustle.

So what have you done? Seems to me nothing and everything you have is your families and not yours. If this is true, be ashamed, not proud.
And you talk about hustle like it is NOT work? You obviously have never hustled a single day in your life.

As long as they either:

1) count towards your degree you are getting

or

2) are helping you with field you desire you to be in

Then you are not wasting your time. I do not suggest going to college just to bullshit through classes. I am not saying you are doing that though.

Actually I studied to get a ca. real estates sales license and worked my way to a brokers license so I could handle my own sale. The fact that I inherited the land pushed me in that direction but I still worked hard to get what I got. I have some future endeavors in the works to keep my grip tight. God damn hater, dont hate my hustle because its got more potential than yours. Im from east side san jo bitch and I grew up having to get mine on my own slangin and doin dirt. Dont hate because some luck came my way and I was able to capitalize on it. I eat now and all my homies eat with me. Take your fuckin opinions back to wyancock county.

Aint got time for haters...done with this argument.

^That's what I'm saying. I'm already & have been studying to get my real estate license at a yung age (19 or so) jus for a side job in case my main paper route isnt givin' me enough $$$. But I know the market's in horrible shape right now & it's hard as fuck to get money in real estate.

^^^^^^buying and SELLING...isnt hard to sell in today's fucked up market?
The market is definately shit right now. Luckily when I was doing my deals the market for real estate in San Jose was going nuts. This was early last year. Like I said though, I haven't been focusing on work for a while but the market is going to come back. So if you have extra time for studying I would suggest going for it. Its not too hard and is a good fallback if anything.

YET, when you reply to me you speak about how "HARD" you worked to get where you are at.

from what i heard if a lot of people start to foreclose (which is already happening) and a lot of people dont buy, the FED wont have any choice but to lower interest rates? off topic, but are u an independent REA or do you work for a franchise?

I know some good paying jobs that don't require a degree. You can work at a call center.

My cousin has no degree but she is very charismatic and always gets hired at good jobs just because of the first impression she gives off. She works at PG&E as a dispatcher making $70,000 a year in Concord. She started off as a field technician at $28 an hour. She didn't know shit about tools and electricity. They trained her on all that.

My boy had to go for 4 months training to become a correctional officer at the Vacaville prison. They start off at $28 an hour.

Thats why I said "long story short" I cut out the bullshit and got straight to the point. I was just trying to make the point that their is money in property sales if you have the opportunity to get into it. You've got to have skills though because their are tons of REA's these days.
