Yea, Poblanos is what I cast my vote for. Chili Rellenos are my 2nd favorite food of all time. (sushi being the first)

i havent had either of the 2 in years

i wont eat just any sushi and so goes for mexican food...i prefer authenticity over availability

i need to find a few good hole in the wall spots around here

There is this mexican spot right next to little ceasers and some chinese food place, in the same parking lot as the now out of business hollywood video used to be in Manteca. I forget the name but they're bomb. Nena's in Stockton is also good.

Poblano peppers are fuckin tasty. I eat them all the time. They're easily one of my favorite ingredients for cookin something up

But I gotta go with the Thai peppers for overall flavor AND heat. My ex is Hmong, and her family grew these, and I got so damn addicted to them that I stayed friends with her after we broke it off just so I could get a good supply of the peppers. They're probably harder to find here in Wisconsin than on the West Coast

I voted Habanero, but I think Jalepenos are the most versatile. I love chilis of any kind though.

I'm surprised Ghost Chili isn't on the list. Those are ruthless.
