mayne,i really feel old on this subject...i grew listenin to grandmaster flash & furious 5,run dmc,kurtis blow,ll cool j,rappin duke,la dream team,big daddy kane,mc shan,boogie down prod, remember when dey both how beef??"the bridge vs the bridge is over"pubic enemy,& afrika bambaata,& list goes on...back in them days... before, dey had rap city....it was video soul,& mtv yo!raps wit fab 5 freddy!!! my fav. movies were& still r is beat street,wild style,style wars....mayne,those were the days...hit up the trains & walls for fame!! early 90's was everything from the bay& texas like 415,jt the bigga figga,master p,mc ant,too short,rbl posse,imp, chunk,totally insane,mc hammer,ghetto boys,nemeis,fela fresh crew,d.o.c.raheem,sir lester pace,& rp cola..yup, back in them days....

i just grew up on rap, my brotheres were allways listenin to it so thats just what i allways heard since i was a lil kid. Once i hit junior high and started listenin to the radio alot i was really feelin shit like 3x krayz the luniz mac mall e-40 ect ect and the rest is history...........I like alot of styles of music now though, just right now im listenin to some Rehab and i went to a rave the other night so you can see i like it all.
