lol i just bought my car for $575 about 2 weeks ago. just something to get me around until i get my other car. it is a 1989 eagle premier, maroon. not that great, and it needs a lot of re-wireing (none of the power in the passenger side door works, and the speaker in the drivers door doesnt, not to mention having to bang on the negative battery cable everytime i start it because it looses its connection over night, and the speakers are all shot. dont know about the radio sounds because of the speaker issue, but i have a different one for it anyways). hopefully i can get this all taken care of sunday. the car i will be getting is gonna cost me $900. should have it in about 2 weeks. its a 1987 pontiac fiero fastback. gonna get it custom painted a midnight blue, and then do a hell of a lot of work to it. im talking new supercharged v-8 motor, all new stereo, the list goes on. this pic is not of the car im getting, but this is what it looks like...

of course, it is possible it was a v-10. there are a lot of people doing that, putting v-8's and v-10's in them. fuckers are fast that way. my dads (the one in the pic) has a 500 cubic inch v-8 from a 75 caddy elderado in it. 490 horsepower, 510 ft/lb of torque, and he got this motor from a junk yard, did no work to it at all. just cut the trunk bigger (the motor is in the back on a fiero) and bolted it in. it runs about a high 11 - low 12 in the quarter mile.

haha yeah, but shit that mufucka cruised. I gotta 1994 Hyundai Elantra, cleanest ride anyone could of picked up for 800 bucks.........fuck an automatic 5 speed is the way to go, unless its a 6 speed then DWAM!
man i still dont see how a fiero's chassis can hold the torque of a V 8 let alone a fuckin v 10.......its not that i dont believe ya, its just very odd....thats like me sayin i have a diesel engine on my go kart!

lol, well, my dad did it, and so have these other people. of course, my dad did do a little welding to the frame, but that wasnt so the frame would hold up, it was so that he could have a trailer hitch on it, because his didnt have one. dont know what exactly that did to hold the frame together, but im sure it did something. if you think that is some shit though, you should see his other car. it is a 1981 volkswagon rabbit pick-up with a turbo diesel in the front, and a 500 cubic inch 75 elderado motor in the back. that fucker is crazy. they wont let him run it on any of the drag strips we have been to with it. first time we went they said he needed a roll cage, and this was after driving 3 hours to the track. that winter he welded a roll cage together and put it in. we went the next year, and they said that the far rear wheels needed to have brakes on them (did i mention that this truck is also 6 wheels?). so we had drove the 3 hours there for no reason, yet again. he still hasnt put the brakes in, and we have not been back there since.
