i said 95% of the time, meaning its pretty good and moist like 5% of the time. youre right though, moist turkey is delicious.
i would still take some slices of a half ass barely decent glazed ham over some super good moist turkey any day though

still havent tried deep fried turkey, i imagine its pretty damn good. i cant wrap my head around how youd be able to season it properly without the seasoning burning though... maybe inject it all over with a liquid marinade?
No breh, you brine it b4. I tried a rub and it scorched. Just brine teh mofo with good herbs a cup and a half of salt and lots of garlic and peppercorns 24 hours before and it will deep fry nicely except you have to dry the fucker off before depositing it the hot oil otherwise casualties.
