I'm thankful for being part of a family that knows how to cook and not burn the fuck out of a turkey. The butcher ain't had a good turkey if he thinks all of them are dry.

Stuff the turkey with a citrus fruit and bake it, then call it a day. It'll be the most moist turkey you'll ever have.
