OK you want to get technical. Yeah there's limits. But lifting weights is about pushing the limits, and pushing your body beyond those limits. If you don't push your muscles to the point of failure, you won't build new muscle and new strength. If you can bench press 250 max, you sure as hell can bench 255 if you work on it. Why do you think world records go up and up? Because people push the limitations of the human body.
Dude didn't ask if the human body can bench press cars, he asked if there's a limitation to what you can lift based on body type. Some small framed guys can lift more than some large framed guys. And for certain lifts, there's actually an advantage to having shorter limbs. But the more you lift and the stronger you get, the more muscle and size you will put on your frame, regardless of what kind of body you have.
