There are no limits really. Of course a lot of it is going to be up to your genetic makeup, workout routine, and how you eat and supplements. A guy I used to work with was 5'9 185 and benched over 500. He would rep 315 like nothing. He was a freak and did a lot of Pen time when they used to have weights. Take Hi-Fi Protein after your workouts and you will gain some size.

There is limits, but that's why you change your lifting routine. Keeping your workouts fresh will guarantee that you can eclipse your limits. Besides, even if you have a small frame, the more you lift, the bigger and stronger you will be.

You can change your routine a million times...there are, and always will be limits to the human body.

OK you want to get technical. Yeah there's limits. But lifting weights is about pushing the limits, and pushing your body beyond those limits. If you don't push your muscles to the point of failure, you won't build new muscle and new strength. If you can bench press 250 max, you sure as hell can bench 255 if you work on it. Why do you think world records go up and up? Because people push the limitations of the human body.

Dude didn't ask if the human body can bench press cars, he asked if there's a limitation to what you can lift based on body type. Some small framed guys can lift more than some large framed guys. And for certain lifts, there's actually an advantage to having shorter limbs. But the more you lift and the stronger you get, the more muscle and size you will put on your frame, regardless of what kind of body you have.

like which what kinda lifts are those?
Bench Press, Squats...any kind of lift that you have to get under.

When you have longer arms or legs, it more difficult to get under the lift.

I have a friend who's 6'7, and it's really hard for him to do certain excercises, mainly bench press, cause his arms and legs are so long.
