i fucked with Cytogainer last summer...in about three months i was able to put on close to 15lbs...i would recommend that shit, but it is kinda expensive...the cool shit is that it not only gives you a bunch of calories, it also has a substantial amount of protein plus creatine..doesnt taste that bad either, but fills you the fuck up...just watch out cause that shit can give you a gut...and of course you gotta be workin out at the gym...
