Cold Water and set your washer to Wash Gentle..

take it out...hang dry .. iron with a rag over it..then hang it in your closet for a day or 2...

I got 'bout 8 Mitchell & Ness Throwbacks and i only DRYCLEAN them. It only cost like 3bucks. Your shit will stay proper. If you wash em they then wont shrink but will wear out pretty fast. Thats just my take.

Man don't ever put a jersey in the washing machine. Clean your kitchen sink real good. fill it with ice cold water and like 5 or 6 heavy sprays of that spray n wash shit in the green bottle. hand wash it and be gentle. Hang dry and your jersey will stay newer and fresher for a long time. DOnt bend up the letters and numbers when you wash it in a machine. That shit makes you the object of ridicule.
