Man is it just me or is most people in general just now really getting exposed to most his shit? thizzelle washington came out in 02 and i just now see people listening and doing the thizzelle dance and slappin boss tycoon. people be asking me what i know about it i sayin i been on that shit since i graduate high school in 02, is it just me or did people sleep on dis nigga for this long?

most people aint heard of dre
someone gotta show them mac dre before they will buy his cd, and then sometimes it takes his cd months to grow on me so i be bumpin his older cd and start to think its tight and people may look at me funny and shit but who cares. and ive been on some mac dre shit for about 5 -6 years now. and yes ive sleep on mac dre for a minute i wasnt feelin him at first.

<---------- slept on MD...im one of those people going around slappin his newer but older shit now.....i got the cds a long time ago, but i never really slumpt it, then i watched treat tv, and feel in love with a few songs, davin rims, get stupid, thizz dance, etc. ...along with al boo boos grown shit, sh-tonaman, chuy, all i want to do, etc........then thizzlels boss tycoon, monday thru sunday, stuart littles, etc.......i always knew people were in love with him and shit from romp vol. 1 and stoopid doo doo dumb, but the only cd i ever bought from him was rapper gone bad, and that even took a while to grow on me.......once u finally get into mac dre, and understand his style, hes fuckin sick.......so yeah, im sure theres more people like me

i been up on dre for a little over 10 years now.i notice hes gettin more ears on his shit now tho.it used to be cats that was into nor-cal underground that was up on him,but then again,10 years ago if you was slumpin nor-cal underground you was part of that nor-cal cult and no body knew what the fuck you were slumpin.hes still my favorite artist but there aint nothin like his old shit prior to goin to the feds....

foul mouth - na i havent slept on dre, just like you said i am from vallejo i grew up on dre all the way from 1989 with YBB to present. My government teacher and basketball coach is mac dre uncle foster hicks so best believe me i aint be sleepin on him

my bad,i thought you said you been on him since '02.theres a girl from the V that works at a cd booth in one of the malls over here.she said in vallejo he aint no realy big deal,but when she came out to stockton and started sellin music she couldnt believe his fan base over here.theres a whole new crowd thats into dre now.i know when i was younger i used to always bump dre and my sister wasnt fuckin with him,but when Thizzelle Washington came out she got hooked and been buyin everything he dropped since,buyin his older shit now too and SLUMPIN it.she just went to 2 of his shows in the last month....in my oppinion,Rapper Gone Bad was his last album where you can tell he spent time and money but i dont think his newer efforts are hurting cus i see his fan base is getting alot bigger....
