ouch ming shouldn't be in the game as a back-up.
Camby is having a hell of a year so far, but the team as a whole is pretty much sucking it up so that will hurt him.
But when he is in the game he see a huge diff in what the other teams do. Not so much driving the lane when Camby is in, yet others still tke it to Yao all the time.

Camby has more blocked shots and shoots better from the outside.
Camby is 6-11 and has to play true centers (he's a true forward playing center) and he has almost as many points as Yao, has more blocks (twice as many actually) and rebounds (almost 50%more) and the assists are identicle.
Yao is 7-6 (A WHOLE 7 INCHES TALLER) Yet he has less blocked shots and less rebounds. Shouldn't the taller true center have more in both those stats????

Alright first of all I'm not making excuses he's just the person I voted for and I can vote for whoever I want...there aren't really any good centers in the west since shaq has been playing for the east so it was a vote for the more popular player...and imo yao ming would do better in an all-star game than camby who may be a better overall player. You guys go ahead and vote for camby not that its gonna matter since all of china is voting for yao.
alright the reason why i chose yao ming is because he can get a couple of shots blocked from shaq and nobody else can, + he's gonna get his 6-10 rebounds because of his height so hate him or love him he deserves to be the center(in my opinion and many other people's opinion) elton brand and paul gason are both very consistent so i'd like to see them play the forward position for the west. Kobe bryant is playing like the MVP this season and Steve Nash well he's one of my favorite players and the reason why phoenix is one of the best teams in the west.
For the east it has to be shaq on the center position because he's the best center in the NBA and probably the best ever so as long as he's in the NBA and healthy he will always be in the all star game. Iverson is the leading scorer in the NBA so it would be good to see him go against Kobe, C billups well i chose him because he's my favorite after iverson. Ron artest is the best defensive and very aggresive forward in the east and lebron james is the best player in the east, it would be interresting to see him go against elton brand.
