Vital doesnt ever say fuck local rap. He chooses to do music he is passionate about. He just doesnt rap he can still bust out though. heard him many times in the last year. And to the dude that said something about going outta california will change someone or somethin. He lived in chicago and the crest when he was a youngsta. Its just him choosin that.
