As for what his family is saying in this interview of course the guy didn't set out to kill a kid that day, but he did. This is what happens when cowards randomly open fire on groups of people in the middle of the day. Regardless if he was shooting at fools he was beefing with he is now a child murderer. I hope he is haunted by the fact that he took the life of a 3 year old until the second he stops breathing.
