Mexico does have oil in the gulf of Mexico and in the Sierra Madre but they lack the technology, the government is too corrupt, and i think the oil business there is nationalized

Ya the border towns aint no joke the cartels are killin civilians for whatever reason....i dont think the Mexican government can do anythin to stop it they're gettin bought by the cartels themselves along with the police....every cop there is corrupt......and the ones that are not get killed.....but thats where the drugs come from so i dont see the U.S. doing shit
