My service just started working again. I went to Verizon earlier around 7 and the store was closed. They had papers posted all on the window about the disconnected service. It felt good being without a cell phone for a while. It makes you forget how important life really is without it.

Man, a lot of my non-Verizon Homies been giving me shit about that blackout yesterday.

"I thought Verizon was supose to be the best service?"

Fuck it, I was pretty pissed yesterday (I'll admit), but it was due to some shit breaking down and in my 7 going on 8 years (pretty fast over here) with Verizon I never had a problem with dropped calls, static, no service (until yesterday), but never at random, or in certain areas etc etc...
like some of my Homies on some bullshit type service. They laughed at Verizion users yesterday, but for us...it was just yesterday.

Today and so forth, we get out great service back and the rest continue to go through the bullshit we went through yesterday on a daily basis.

Believe it or not this happens to other carriers alot more often. As far as I can remember I only been through one other blackout and that was due to some lines being cut during a fire about 2 years ago. *228 your phone, should get your clock updated.
