they gave him manslaughter because hes a white cop, they should of charged him with murder 25 to life. i saw the video and he pulled out his gun and shot & killed him while he was in handcuffs.....if there is a riot tonight it could have been prevented if they would of gave him the correct sentencing of murder, i hope that they do riot and burn shit down tonight. the pigs need to stop killin innocent people,i hope that a pig dies tonight.

Its not even the race thing that bothers me but that gives extra incentive to riot. I dont understand how a cop could murder someone and do minimal time.

They just let him off. The jury basically said the cop meant yo use his gun (by the gun enhancement ruling) but they give him involuntary manslaughter...means they let him go, they settled.

it had to be either 2nd degree or involuntary manslaughter.....it would have been difficult for all the jurrors to agree on 2nd degree, so they compromised and went for involuntary manslaughter. Personally i think it was 2nd degree

It couldnt have been 1st degree for many reasons.

Someone basing their post on facts?? wtf??

no cop ever uses a taser gun when a detainee is in handcuffs

dumbest thing in this thread so far.
