So we are hearing different charges here.

KRON 4

has a lawyer saying 3yrs mand. for inv. mans. which he does 50%

4yrs for the gun thing which he does 85%

So sounds like he will do about 5yrs or a couple months less.
Either way it is some BS IMO. No non cop can use that excuse(meant to pull my tazer) regardless of the situation. Being a cop, you should be held with higher standards. A cop has a lot of responsibility so they should be held accountable for what they do.

Note here, just because I disagree with the verdict, I still do not believe in rioting.
