Has anyone ever used this cheap service on any international package?? This is what it does:

"When you need to verify that you’ve sent a letter or package - purchase a Certificate of Mailing.

A Certificate of Mailing is a receipt that provides evidence of the date that your mail was presented to the Postal Service™ for mailing. It can only be purchased at the time of mailing. And don’t lose it! It’s the only official record available."

Now would you say PayPal will consider this as proof and release the held funds from any international customers trying to claim a package never arrived??

What do you guys think?? I e-mailed PayPal and started a discussion on eBay's message board. No replies yet. All of us sellers should definitely look into to it! It only costs $1.05 and will prevent us from getting scammed!!!!

Correct

Yeah, you're correct, but not only do they need to see it's arrival, they would also like for it to be proof that can be confirmed via Internet. There's no cheap way to get the results that you want Joe. You know how I feel. Start charging extra for that "Registered Mail" and you won't have to worry anymore. I haven't had one person lie and say that they didn't get their package since I started this practice. I do have to warn you though. It does take a little bit longer for the customers to get to their package, because of the fact that every postal worker has to sign off on handling the package, but non-the-less...it's great and it can be confirmed via internet and you can request a copy of the signature. Pay Pal accepts it. You're getting tired of getting jacked too huh?
