I tried to stay out of this thread, but I just couldn't.

First off, everybody needs to let these men do what they do. Who cares if they are confident or cocky...most rappers think highly of themselves...I know I do, I'm just less vocal about it. I peeped Shan's stuff, and he's not terrible like y'all make him out to be.

Shan, on some of the tracks, the delivery was slow to me...but maybe that's just how you do ya thang. I'm not one to hate, I give props where they're due...and you're an artist...not just a rapper. You have words that folks can feel, and I got love for all that. Remember that the hyphy stuff is still goin'. What I do, a lot of cats out here aren't feelin', even though it's real shit, real personal lyrics...but I get nothin' but love in other regions...so just brush it off ya shoulders family. I see you out there, and it's all respect from me to you.

As for everybody else, who are you to knock another man's hustle? We all have opinions, but why get all disrespectful in posts? There are ways to come at other people with TACT, and that's how artists ACCEPT criticism...but if you're just on here sayin' "You fuckin suck", cats are gonna get a little heated about that. If Shan is makin' music, and he's sellin' records, why knock him? Different strokes for different folks...what you all might not be feelin, the rest of the world might love...you should respect that. If he does or doesn't sell, it's not up to anybody to judge...

On another note...Rebz...I see you man...you got some serious spitters and I can't wait to hear what you're about to drop.

Anyhow, if you cats don't like what Shan and his folks do, don't listen to it...it's as simple as that. If you think he's cocky, so what, that's who he is and that's how he keeps his shit pushin. If he doesn't believe in HIMSELF, nobody else will believe in him.
