Why would u be pissed if u paid for that solid fights
Yeah they were solid fights the rest of the night, but people don't pay money to watch Denis Siver and Cub Swanson man.

People who paid for that shit were robbed out of the Main Event, I don't even think a fight even occurred outside of the couple of minutes Weidman was on top in the first.

Salty ass post. Silva did what he always does with his no hands "I dare you to swing" defense and got caught. Simple as that
Exactly

Hence my quote of "I would be pissed if I paid for it"

I wouldn't want to pay $60 to see no fight occur and the fight over because of showboating 6 minutes into it. Bullshit like that is what gifs are for not $60

Anderson already robbed people out of their money doing that shit against Thales Leites and Demian Maia, except they didn't have KO power.

Yea he's been too cocky in the ring. If Sonnen had any sort of finishing power he would've ended the hype in their first fight. Silva is still a great fighter but I can't lie I'm happy that his no hands defense bit him in the ass

Is it just me, or did that look like a really weak punch to even knock him down like that to set up being knocked out?
It wasnt a big shot at all bit His neck was relaxed which caused it to snap back and bounce right back. Anytime u see a fighters head get snapped like that he's going down at the very least.

Such a dumbass way to lose a fight on his part though, just pure cockiness. Hands completely down like that come on, that will work with guys like Forrest Griffin but eventually someone was bound to catch him.

After watching it like 50 times, regardless of how weak the punch was, he did pretty much punch right through his chin which is all that matters I guess. It was like 85% jab, 15% hook or something.

I kept thinking of Overheem/Silva watching that. He should've learned a lesson by watching that.

I think most ppl r mad because Silva could've been more focused. Horrible way 2 see a championof his caliber go. Atleast get dropped in an exchange, not on some show boating shit. I still like Silva chance in a rematch.
