whens it dropping,i cant wait
they shouldnt change much cause the last game was almost perfect
but i belive they know what there doin
it's not coming out for a while, likely early 2009.

And the gameplay was pretty good in round 3, however the career mode was sorry as fuck. They need to improve that.

Also, some of the things they are talking about improving as far as the game play sounds really promising, like for the first time 'inside fighting.' This I think is very important since some fighters are really good at this (like Tyson for example) whereas other fighters rely on boxing on the outside. On the previous versions I always felt there was such a huge disadvantage to slower, more powerful fighters to the fast, slick fighters because there was no real way to force your opponent to engage in a slug out.

I dont know, i hope they go back to their roots like FN1 or 2.. Three jus felt way too slow for me.. And yeah, all of FN's career modes have been pretty lame.. I dont know, i jus hope they dont go lazy on FN4 like they been doin wit' Madden.. But yeah, im juiced for this game, especially since 2K's boxing game was such a big let-down.

They slowed them down to mimic a real life fight speed. I like it much better, and it gives you better control, as opposed to just button mashing.

This game looks sick as fuck already.

They do need to fix the career modes, like...I don't want to face Muhamad Ali in my 5th fight...lol...and then work my way up to fight John Stone or some bullshit character.

About time they put him in the game. Was it because of licensing issues that made it take this long?

I'm tired of trying to create him in career mode, and failing. I always wind up with a boxer that looks more like Eddie Winslow than Iron Mike, lmao.

They could do alot to improve the gameplay...the signature punches were bullshit for the most part and the boxers hardly represented the real thing. LaMotta was slow, Jermain Taylor was invincible if played right, Ali was physically out of proportion to every other fighter, etc.

I dont know i jus think 1st and 2nd one were more of a boxing/arcade like fighting game.. Which was dope.. Tha whole SUPER realistic route they took wit #3 limited it.. And the haymakers n stuff were dumbed down.. It was HELLA slower.. I jus hope they go back wit tha winnin forumula, and defantly make tha career mode better.
