whats that movie, its quite old but it starts with a white guy like a middle aged average guy sittin in his car in a traffic jam on a hot day and theres a fly in his car. he then goes on a violent rampage across LA while tryin to get to his sons birthday party? in the end he get shot and falls in the water, whats that movie called.
