has anyone ever gotten a citation for not having a ticket on the trolley? the fat fucker who wrote me the citation said that if i show up to court, theyll likely dismiss it if its my first time ever getting one. im going tomorrow but do i plead guilty and hope they dismiss it, or do i plead not guilty? but i dont really have an argument if i do that. not sure what i should do. just dont wanna pay $129

i dont know where you at, but here in san jo everyone that i know that got one, their first time they still had to pay. my bro got one last year N told dude that he was jus tryna get home wit no money N he said some shit like, if you tell the judge that he will drop the ticket. NOPE! still had to pay, N it was the only time he was caught up.
ive gotten a few back in the days, and i never paid them..first was thrown out and the other two the cop just didnt show to court...i had shown up and all

i cant ride no trolley no more man..all that people farting next to you type shit...i cant fuck with it...had a trolley break down during a chargers game in qualcomm and i was stuck in that shit for 2 hours..i cant stand them fools with their ticket checking...youll be gettin off the trolley and they wanna hold you up to check your shit and then try to be in persuit if you dont wait. fuck a trolley. unless im goign to tijuana....i hope i never get on that shit ever again

UPDATE: got it reduced to $75. either that or try to fight it, so i just payed the 75. traffic court aint shit compared to downtown court. commissioner was pretty nice and patient with all the dumbass ppl that courtroom was filled with.

commissioner: "so do you have the owners title and proof that you were under her insurance policy right now?"
dumbass: "uh nah i aint got it wit me right now. i didnt know i had to bring it. but like..."
commissioner: "ok. i'll give you a 15 day continuance to bring me that."
dumbass: "nah but like my mom's outta town."
commissioner: "so what do you want to do?" 30 day continuance?"
dumbass: "[silence cause he knows everything he's been saying has been a lie] ...uh...aiight."
and all these other ppl up there with the lamest excused trying to plead their case. my shit took less than 15 seconds to do
