Triple Beam = Sacramento's GOAT Rap Group?

You'll notice that both of these songs were used for compilations. Their albums really weren't stacked with good songs to me. But there would be 3 or 4 classics.
I think the fact that they remained in the game as a group is a testament to their superiority. Most other Sacramento Rap groups only stuck it out for one album:

I know what you mean by the 1 album phenomenon, happened to a lot of decent Sac rap groups/duos.. CCH, although "stuck it out for one album" had an EP with different tracks, at a different time. Hyrisk had 2 albums.
C.R.I.S.I.S. would be another heavy hitter in that one drop list of yours.
Unknown also gotta be mentioned. Also since we're talkin bout rap duos, 4Tray Block & Da Drifta & Situations as they all came from Unknown.
Don't forgot Darkside too. Although they only had 2 albums. One of which was repackaged 3 or 4 times...
Odysea would've had more weight in this topic had they continued. Same could be said with a lot of the rap duos too though.
I'd say Dosia but it was only really Luni who was from Sac. It was basically Kingpins Only with Luni as a new member.

Blackalicious? Maybe not your definition of 916 Rap, but they are certainly the most famous ones representing Sacramento.
I'd rate the following based on gangsta rap:
