IT was O.K., I like it better than P.C.O's album (I own both) 'I know where u sleep' is my favorite cut on there, but really my fav. Beam song comes off that 'Best of Sac comp.' it's called DONT GET YO JAW BROKE.

Really its hard to shine when ur label mates are Brotha Lynch Hung and X-Raided, but I still that.

^^^yea it sure was. especially the lynch beats. but lokei had slappers too tho. never got a chance to hear "conspiracy" and the other 2 albums (forgot the names). i think one was a compilation and then the other one was called "36 zips" or something. anyone know those were as tight as the first one?

Conspiracy is aight. A few ggod songs but nothing special. Worth passing up. I still own it. 36 Zips was stolen from me years ago. It was actually pretty good. The comp was By Any Means. I still own that too. Pretty good. Str8 Mob shit throughout the CD.

PCO, Yuk & Num &...... oh I forget. Its a mediocre album. The intro had the theme to the movie the Godfather. Crazy-8 of Black Rhino laced that beat & it knocks hella hard. Crazy-8 is a great producer. I wish he he was doing more shit cuz only Rick Rock can fuck with him on them mob beats. I see Pook & Shotgun around south Sac every so often.

I remember those cats... Back in 97, my roomate(at the time)'s Pops lived in Sac and used to have the house crackin' we were all over there and a bitch (who just got back from being turned out in LA) got on the table and started strippin'...

She tried to rub that ass in niggaz faces but all she heard was "get offa me, you nasty bitch!"

- good times LOL

I wouldn't rate 28 Grams a classic cuz I thought that all 3 rappers were not all that original as far flow, lyrics, originality & creativness but it was still put together very good. They came solid enough & gangsta enough but didn't flex any true emcee skills like we hear in other Sac artist like Bleezo, Sicx, T-Nutty & others. That was what shortened that CD from classic status. The production was something vicious though. They complimented each other pretty well & u could tell who was who whenever any of them rapped. One of the best albums to drop out of Northern Cali in the last decade w/o a doubt though.

Yeah Chopah dropped his album Trouble Maker. It didn't get that great of promotion. I never heard it though so I don't know if it was any good. Dude was cool on the mic but he came off as as a cross between 40 & Yuk with less skills & u could tell that he was highly influenced by them. He still around though.
