Once a woman decides that she's gone...she's gone. She's using the kids against you because that's all you two have left toghether. Those kids are the only thing she can use to hurt you now. It's unfortunate how some women use children as pawns to make the father's life difficult. Make sure whatever arrangements in regards to visitation & support, are on paper. ALWAYS COVER YOUR ASS. From now on, save ALL receipts from purchases made for your children. If you give Baby Momma some scratch, give her a money order so you have a receipt of the transaction. It's always their word against ours, and the courts are usually in their favor, unless moms is on some Kim Mathers shit. Keep your head up mane...Oh yeah..clean what's left of your house up. Sometimes the courts send someone to check the residences of both parents before they make a decision on custody. Sweep up the blunt guts & beer caps & put some Stevie Wonder in the CD player...whatever it takes.

Sorry to hear that tragic. And you know what, its gonna hurt the kids more than its gonna hurt you. Those kids have had a father figure for 3 years maybe longer depending on if you had em before your marrage. But anyhow I would at least try to work out some visiting rights with the kids even if they stick with just weekends.

dont get too bogged down in lawyer fees. try to work it out without them it is way cheaper on u both and maybe she'll recognize the economisc of the situation. the only thing that matters now are the kids. remembe that and all else will follow.
