i got my first traffic citation tonight, i was going 55 in a 45 zone at 2 am when no other cars were on the road, and he actually pulled me over for it

i hope the cop gets shot, and on the way to the hospital when he's bleeding to death, he gets stuck in traffic behind a guy doing 25 miles per hour


so my question is, is this gonna make my insurance rates go up? or is it just a ticket i only have to pay once? i was going 10 miles over the limit, and plus i couldnt find my proof of insurance (i have it with me now though, gotta bring it to court with me), how much do you think the fine will be?

insurance hike, maybe.. you'll get a point on your record and gotta pay like 300-400 dollarz... but if its your first violation they may take the point off if u go to traffic school.. ive only had a few moving violations since ive been driving tho so it may be diffrent now.

nah not every month, that would prolly be the total.. but u can request that u make payments, i did when i blew thru a red light one time... i had to pay 350 and told the judge i wanted to make payments of 50 a month so it worked out koo

naw, i dont think theyll make ur insurance go up, u'll probably get traffic school. if u need directions to the courthouse just hit me up, been there a few times, lol

this is what you do....very important please read carefully.
chances are your ticket isnt due for about a month..wait until the last day the ticket is due, go to court and ask for an extension. They will give you another 30 days. Youre now up to 2 months, go in there on the new date set and plead not guilty. they will give you a court date in another 30days. youre now up to 3 months. Chances are the cop will not show up to the court date, if he doesnt the case is dropped and you owe nothing, nada. And if he does show up, it at least gives you time to save the cash, go to traffice school and it wont count on your record, no insurance hike

ya traffic school costs money but you can usually get coupons. i used one n paid like $25. that shit was hella fuckin boring. i went the comedy traffic school, it wasnt funny. 8hrs of learning everything you know about. i got stopped for making a right on a red witout stopping.

naw I got popped doin 90 on the freeway (65 zone) and my ticket was like 300 hunid... so yours will only be like a bill or a bill fifty most likely.... they also have internet traffic school... traffic school sucks and you can only go like once every 3 years or something and I went and it was boring.. but now they got internet traffic schools... it costs like 25 or 30 bucks and only takes like an hour or less.... I did that shit for my pops and my brother and charged em like 25 bucks each and was done in like 30 minutes.... fuck tickets.. i just got one for runnin a stop sign and they hit me for 140 but i got an extension and might go to court on it........

since its your 1st violation...

the judge will reduce your citation...

make you go to traffic school so you don't get a point...

take the online traffic school..it's easier and faster..

it works homie, ive gotten outta two that way...its alot of luck invovled too...basically youre hoping the cop is off that day or just said fuck it cause so much time has gone by....my wife actually tried it last week, she thought she got off clean cause the cop wasnt there, last minute judge says.."officer soandso just phoned in he is at another hearing, this is grounds for extension. " so now she gots to got back, best believe that damn cop is planning to show up.

u will have to pay a fine (ask to get it REDUCED) do traffic school online its like 40 bucks and your insurance will not go up at all. ive done traffic school a few times and my insurance never went up

had mine for cuttin off a chp makin an illegal right before the light turned red.
popped me with a $250, took the boring ass comedy traffic school, and it was a wrap

I got a ticket a few months ago going at least that much over the speed limit and the fine was about 130.00. (California) Go to traffic school and it will not be on your record , hence there will be no insurance rise, and there will be nothing on your driving record so you can still get any driving job as a "perfect record" driver. ( only if you go to traffic school) You can only go to traffic school once every sixteen months so be careful.
