yeah i am serious n no im not ten my dude. u can b a fan of somebody n still admit that there is niggas better than him. but its a fact: the fda, naacp, the fcc, radio, t.v, the internet, even the government has reported and stated that tech 9ine is garbage and that he is only relavent to those of where is from(and white kids who like rock and rap). i'd rather buy gucci man's demo and market that shit like it's the return of 2pac...
