I know Ive seen threads like this before but this one is a little different. WHO (emcee, Producer, ceo) has had the most impact (street cred/cross over appeal/changed shit/longevity) and made the most money in hip hop/rap music. NOt who is the best nessicarally, but who made the most bank and has a legacy with the mainstream.

1. LL Cool J (he's still rappin(kinda) since 88 or 85, making movies, wrting kids books)

2. 2pac (only cause he died young) would have probably been running for president by now

3. Puff Daddy

4. Dr. Dre/snoop

5. Dame Dash/Jay Z

I dont know in real life who made the most earnings but if someone knoes post that up. Forbes magazine probabaly got it. And I know there is more money in the independent game most times BUT IM also talking about that mainstream acceptance. ya know
