Yes Fillmore is the Bay its San Francisco

Yes Fillmore is the Bay. It's in the Western Edition District of San Francisco. I really ain't likin most of the Hyphy shit but in your opinion Mafia Queen how do it make a mockery of us ? I personally think all this showin off your gold teeth is hella coonish ( yes I am Black ) but that isn't just found in hyphy rap. Mafia Queen I've been wantin to see what you look like for some time hella curious. P.S. go back and listen to Seagram's lyrics and look how dude would put 3 or 4 rhymes in one sentence and peep dudes flow and subject matter especially for his time and watch him jump up the top of your list. Also how do hyphy make a mockery of us in your opinion when we the ones who live in Northern Cali. Us older brothas age 29 and up aint feelin it like the youngstas and our biggest concern is the simple repetative lyrics for the most part and makin sideshow culture look like a gimmick associated with Hyphy shit when its been around since the mid 1980's and comes from the Crack epidemic/ roller rink era ( brothas lookin for shit to get into after the roller rink ) and the beats is too artificial soundin for me ( not all the beats but most in my opinion )but I wouldn't go as far as to say it makes a mockery of us.Mafia Queen hit us off with a picture of you.

In no particular order...
1. Mac Dre
2. Old School E-40
3. Yukmouth
4. The Jacka
5. Mistah F.A.B when he's acting serious
6. Andre Nickatina
7. San Quinn
8. Ya Boy, he has a bright future ahead of him
9. Digital Underground
10. Too $hort

I would've chose Tupac but he was born in New York.

Well see I'm 30 so thats why I probably cant get with it. But to answer your question, its hard to take a grown man serious thats poppin pills wearing big ass glasses jumpin out of a movin car dancin on the hood..LOL. The whole thing puts me in the mind of the characters from 40year old virgin and Napolean Dynamite. Its just too silly..creative but silly. I used to love Mac Dre till he started doin the character shit. But in all honesty the whole rap game now is pretty much a mockery not just the hyphy shit. I mean grown niggaz writing songs about each other and seeing each other in public places fightin and tryin to snatch another niggaz chain as a trophy in the name of "keepin it real" is some weirdo shit. Or niggaz like Rick Ross "whose album I like" gets in the magazine and say "aint nobody ever heard of The real Rick Ross in Miami and he didnt get his name from him" yeah right...Or niggaz on here really taking to heart that C-Bo signed with Buck...like Bo aint got a family to take care of. Or niggaz gather in Vegas and beefin and shootin and these are quote un-quote "celebrity rappers" The rap game is like a big ass high school and I'll be glad when summer break comes. I just wish rap would grow up and usher in some grown up shit. Niggaz is too busy tryin to prove how real they raps are. But what rapper that has got caught up with the exception of X-Raided, said yeah fuck it I did it! The minute these rappers get caught up its "I'm a rapper I just do music its entertainment" but it was rah rah just a min ago......I'm just venting nevermind me..hope I answered your question and sorry guys for ramblin on if you've read this far...:)

In Order of how i c em.
hard to pick like the bottom half the reason for the bottom half has to do wit lack of music man yuk would be up there but how many times his album is pushed back and he is kinda forgotten. the reason i say Jacka is #1 is becuz his albums are complete and he puts out quality everytime and nobody cant say hes most consistant. Mess is ahead of Quinn becuz Mess is the street the real hes puttin out music like he was Mac Dre he's makin moves. Quinn is da shit but he gotta do a lil more just dont know what it is but just a lil more. im kinda shocked nobody put Big Rich in there top 10

1. The Jacka
2. E-40
3. Messy Marv
4. San Quinn
5. Mistah F.A.B
6. Yukmouth
7. Ya Boy
8. Clyde Carson
9. Rydah J.Kylde
10. Keak da Sneak

* best group

i feel u on that, like i been trippin and holdin back on this but how fake are the rappers that say (young Jeezy)" da snoman dont represent drugs or cocaine it mean i am somebody that came up" nigga what tha fuck ever. or my favorite(Mistah F.A.B.) "yellow bus dont mean be dumb or retarded it means its cool to go to school" man wow! but some of the stuff u said u got to look at it like this rap is a reflection of whats goin on 10yrs ago it was the thing to say fuck the cops slang drugs on the block now niggas wanna dance and celebrate livin the good life u know yung fly and flashy, alot of rappers or just people in general are in a better position than u and ur peers where when u were our age. the way u feel is just apart of growin up and shit in 10 yrs the niggaz goin dumb are gonna be lookin at the yungstarz and sayin they need to tone it down. evaloution.

I feel u, u are right, but back then the rappers were actually rappers just talkin about what was goin on, they werent tryin to act it out and perpetuate it. When did u ever hear about Ice T, NWA, Geto Boys so and so fightin and shootin once they was in music. Now a rapper could have went thru his whole life with no real problems in the street or with the law, and the min he get his deal he in fights, beefs, shootin and coonin in the name of keepin it real. Yeah it was cool to say fuck the police..still is...but for the most part the music was entertainment, nowadays these youngsta see it on TV and feel like thats how they should be. And as far as the good life and fly and flashy, that shit has gon too far too. Not hating..but niggaz need to educate themselves financially and learn to invest. A white person gets some money they by a gold bars or hedge funds, we by rims and jewlery that aint worth shit when u by it. Its cool to floss dont get me wrong, but it aint cool to over indulge. Now what somebody duz with "they" money is "they" bidness, just my opinion. And as far as Jeezy...I think his records are cool..but he the fakest or dumbest niggaz out here. This one smart rapper from Kansas City once said "Certain shit I would never ever rap about cuz I was really doin it, but other parts of the game I could speak on cuz I wasnt" These niggaz nowadays are "Real" "Fake"

It never ceases to amaze me how there are still people out there who regard keak as one of the best rappers in the bay. His incoherent, 'monster who lives under a bridge' voice is an insult to the ears of anyone who hears it. He always seems to remind me of a grown man holding a mic, jumping around and spitting like an agitated toddler. Keak effortlessly manages to ruin any track he appears on with his appalling lack of discipline on the mic. How you can have the audacity to place him above The Jacka in a list of the top 10, let alone do him the honours of being allowed to appear in the list at all is beyond me.
I agree with that shit. Like that Celly cel track-"kick it tonight" what the fuck mayne. he fucked up the track. he was kinda still ok on 3xkrazy's material but....

1. E-40-can u argue with him..he is bringing so much exposure to the bay and is paving the way for young bay artists...he squashed his beef with dre u dumb fucks that hate him..People are always going to hate the top dogg
2. Paris-smart man graduating from college..does not get caught up in the hyphy shit which is getting a little out of hand...doing his thing for his people for aware of the injustice of our people ..don't sleep on this great mc.that t kash album was one of the best i ever heard
3.Hieroglyphics- very underated group that never get talk about here..not your hyphy stuff and mob shit but lyrical can not be touch
4. Misah Fab- too high i don't think so...im a fan on hip hop but i got a special place from bay area rap...when dre passed i was as down as almost any tru bay fab..im not saying he is not dre but he hits are what get the party started, and he is very talented lyrical when he chooses to...he can be the face of the bay he has such a special talent that will appeal to everyone , hopfully he does not get carry away acting retarted..
5. Yukmouth- he could be higher but it seems he loses focus...maybe to many diss tracks or artist.. what happen to the old yuk to had anthems like welcome to the bay....well i hope him the best and his new million doller brings him back...he has all the talent in the world to do it....
6.keak-has some anthem but needs to step it up a notch i know he can be the face of the bay lyrics are getting a little repetive
7. Frontline- u may think a little high, but these guys have major talent and working with ski with make them better...class of the new bay
8. Andre/Dre Dogg- king on the undeground...king of the mobbshit has his own unique style and been in the game for awhile..
9. Jacka- Hey its the jack, yeah he gots it lyrical with a kool deep thinking laid back style..i hope he is working hard on his new album which could be big for him..
10San Quinn- friscos finest has been doing his thing for years....if a guy deserves a national spotlight that is due it is this man...
10. Messy Marv- has some anthems and needs to build of his momentum of
'get on my hype" maybe stay away from all those r and b hooks he gots on his cds unless he does it with something famous like keysia cole maybe?

on the bubble these our guys that right under
clyde--young could rise gots alot of potential
ya boy -same as ya boy
jt- i know he can make a comeback and be a force is doing his thing right now with snoop
pack-see clyde
dubee-aint be the same since dre died
mac mall- aint what he use to be
rydah- doing his thing , needs to step it up a notch but is getting better everytime i hear him
turf talk-see cylde

this is my opinion ...so dont argue ..but who would you guys say are the top 10 in the bay right now
MAN U GOT TO BE A HOE ASS NIGGA TO PUT MESS LAST ON THE LIST...YOU GOT YO PRIORITIES ALL FUCKED UP..
