yeah, its for competition mainly. my boy is the loudest in his USAC class with those two subs in a crx for this year. i also have 2 audiobahn's in a bandpass box for sale. and some other shit i've collected recently. my system is made of 2 15" cadence wildbeast pushed by a 1500watt amp... feels nice to the ears

Basically they throw a device in your car that measures the pressure. The higher the pressure, the more you win. This is why they have people sit on the top of the car, so there's more resistance to the pressure the speakers cause inside.

The difference between 145 and 150 dB is huge. Decibels are based on a system of 10's. On the decibel scale, the smallest audible sound (near total silence) is 0 dB. A sound 10 times more powerful is 10 dB. A sound 100 times more powerful than near total silence is 20 dB. A sound 1,000 times more powerful than near total silence is 30 dB. How did you get it tested where you didnt know actual dB?

Then go to their web site and look get the dimensions for a PORTED box. Grab a 700-1000 watt amp thats Stable to 1 ohm and a has a SUBSONIC filter. Thats guaranteed slap.

SO FAR THE BEST DEAL I SAW WAS THOSE FAST AND THE FURIOUS SUBS.. YOU GET 2 12" PLUS A BOX AND AMP FOR LIKE $240.00, BUT THE GUY AT BEST BUY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THOSE SUBS AREN'T VERY POWERFUL AT ALL.. SOME JACKASS TURNED LEFT WITHOUT HAVING THE ARROW AND PLOWED INTO ME AS I WAS GOING STRAIGHT AND WE THINK HE TOTALLED MY CAR.
but now my car is stuck in northern Ohio in a dirty ass lot, so i took my subs and amp and radio out cuz i dont trust the 9 foot fence with barb wire to gaurd my shit.
