Almost every QB looks good when the other team is trying to maintain a lead in the 4th. Most teams start playing off their men while trying to defend any deep passes, so any QB has a decent chance at moving the sticks late in games when the other team has the lead. This is common knowledge bro, you know this.
I'm not hating on your QB, but the proof is in his play every Sunday. He has given no reasons for optimism. None. I expect some of you raider fans to stick with him for the simple fact that you're fans of the team, but you have to understand the rest of us aren't seeing things through raider binoculars. I thought Alex Smith had a chance at being a decent QB, but I was proven wrong and I admitted it. He sucks ass, and so does JaMarcus./

through twenty games, even as bad as russell has been recently, his completion percentage overall is better than manning's first twenty games, imagine that because it is a FACT.

i am skeptical about russell's overall maturity. your qb needs to be the example for the team. alot has been said about russell conduct and weight issues off the field. i'm not saying it cant be true, but alot is just speculation based on his first four games which i admit fit.
you are a big man so i know you understand some frames are just big. he can play at 270 and be allright. he needs to realize his work just began, not ended when he signed that contract. hopefully russell has a little pride and steps it up. if not he will see the same fate of a. smith, d. carr, r. leaf and so on. i am not denying this.

What worries me about Jamarcus is that he doesn't seem to have the intangibles that an efficient QB needs nowadays. Most good QBs have an internal clock in their head that allows them to get rid of the ball, or run, Jarmarcus constantly holds on to the ball far too long. He passes (inaccurately) when he should run, he gets sacked when he should have thrown it away. He seems like he's in a panic.
You are ignorant as fuck. The Raiders have won 3 super bowls and appeared in 5. They are the only team to appear in a Conference Championship game in every decade of the NFL's existence. Don't let the last 6 years fool you the Raiders have just as deep a history of winning as any other team in this league.
I just heard his uncle passed away in april. I think this could have fucked him up. not saying he was dan marino b4. im just saying that could have been enough to take him out mentaly this year.
