oh ok.
First thing the raiders need to do to improve is stop the dumb penalties, ie pushing people in the back after the play is dead. (especially when you got them on their own goal line) That was just a big bonehead thing to do and give up 15 yards, when the D worked hard to stop them, I can imagine how frustrating you guys would feel seeing this shit all year and most likely the past 5 years or so I dunno..

rookie seasons dont offer a glimpse of the future.
elway, both mannings, aikman, the list goes on. russell needs some blocking and recievers. i'm not comparing him to these qb's, i'm using the rookie season as an example,but all threw 20+ picks their rookie year. russell doesnt look good out there, and if he called it quits now, he would be a bust. 2-3 years down the road, this would be a legitimate conversation.
