i know its old, but i've heard a lot of comparison between these two albumswhich album is better?....i slumped both of these all last summer, and throughout this summer. Thug Motivation hasnt left my explorer since i bought it when it dropped last year......surprisingly a lot of people thought Gucci's was better.....vote or die...

Even though both these joints are really played out I dont even bump either no more. But Jeezy album was way way better then Gucci. I wasnt feeling Gucci shit except for three songs Trap House, Lawnmower Man & Booty Shorts(lol)

Btw
I threw Gucci shit out the window of my whip last summer bc every song it light weight sounded like ICEY.

i thought booty shorts was tight....im hopin Gucci has Zaytoven producing some tracks on his new CD.....ICY and BOOTY SHORTS were 2 of the tightest tracks on Trap House...

Thug Motivation 101 is a classic rap album. Jeezy brought coke raps to the mainstream, therefore he had a major impact on the rap game. He has almost sold 2 million records in the USA, thats insane for the subject matter of his record......every track is bangin especially if u have a great system in your car or house.....his lyrics and wordplay are slick, and i can play this front to back without skipping a track (and i have many times).....

also, a lot of cats judge these 2 by the 'realness' of the characters. i know jeezy supposedly sent a hitman after gucci mane, and gucci shot and killed the hitman or something to that effect; and also gucci mane beat the CEO of his record label down with a pool cue or something and spent a little time in the klink. another reason why a lot of people liked gucci man's album more....

Only song i heard from gucci mane was that icy song and i thought that shit was kinda weak, i thought all of jeezys singles were tight so i went and got the album like a year after it dropped and thought it was pretty tight
