Maybe its some peasant shit us non-kings dont understand...looking at the album cover I guess in the picture he is at a payphone (do those still exist??) because he is avoiding the feds who happen to be flying below the bridge in a miniature helicopter

The helicopter definately looks out of place. The cover just looks cheap man, if you went into a record store and saw this you wouldnt take it seriously. Plus it is way too shiney..
