Shit who gives a fuck if you started rap in NY. Rap didnt get its shine till the West Coast came out and put a new spin on it and now the South is gettin it. East coast mainstream shit has been garbage since 94-96. I even had to stop listenin to rap for awhile back in 98-00 when Ruff Ryders and Ja Rule and Hard knock Life and all that shit was poppin. And Puff Daddy........I dont even have to much mention his contribution to killin rap music
