thats fucking ridiculous. Vans owe the pack for makin their sales shoot up like crazy in the bay. hella muthafuckas started wearin hella kinds of vans after that song.

The makers of Vans most likely complained about this. With Nelly and Air Force Ones I think Nelly got permission prior to releasing the track. This is tragic for them but with another good single they could bounce back.

I think its a dummy move if it's at all valid. ITS A FUCKIN COMMERCIAL FOR VANS.....why wouldn't vans want this song out there??

If anything it's MTV getting hot because they potentially lose money playing a "commercial" that they see no revenues from, smell that?

I'm sure Vans don't mind free advertisement, I'm surprized they havn't done an ad campaign with the Pack yet. Those shoes are hella played out on the real and that shit would probably bring them back if they had ads with that song on them. It would get the "urban hip hop audience" to buy skater shoes

MTV is just hating probably because Vans isn't a sponser of MTV probably some other skater shoe is like sketchers or some shit, theres your real reason

Well....they did refuse to editthe video...and i know MTV has cetain standards and codes they have to go by....and if the video is too long...and wanted it cut down...and they said "NO"....then i can see why....

You want exposure...you have to play by their rules....plain & simple....cus with an up & coming group...youneed MTV more than MTV needs you...dig that?

It is kind of a long song isn't it? Most singles don't break the 3:30 mark, theres like 6 dudes in the pack and they all have 16 bar verses on that shit huh? that might be why.

I still 100% believe its because of sponsorship and the fact that some other shoe company that MTV pays to run ads for them wouldn't like a 5 minute Vans commercial to run every hour on the hour
