What's up brehs? I will have been married 5 years in September but that's right about when my divorce should be final if all goes according to plan. We're pretty much mutually agreeing to split up at this point although I thought things could be fixed, she just ain't feelin me anymore and I guess the feeling is mutual.

All joking aside, any of y'all ever been divorced? I got 2 kids and she's moving back to Cali (no I'm not posting up pics) and I'm trying to keep my boys here in Oklahoma.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a beautiful girl "Will you marry me?"

the girl said "YES!" 5 years later, they got a DIVORCE and the guy lived happily ever after and skied alot and went fishing and hunting with his 2 boys and played golf and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted when ever he wanted. The way a mans life should be lived.

The END

it's likely not going to end well, that's really all I can say right now. I think I definitely have favor since they were born here though. She's from cali and her family is there though. She has no real reason to stay here if we're not together unless she really wanted to be around the boys but she wants to take them out there and I think they'd be better off here for a number of reasons.

hopefully the judge agrees with you, either way divorce is a shitty situation and dudes need to get down and dirty with background checks when it comes to making a gf a wifey, how bad and shitty it must be for you imagine how your kids are going to feel listening to step mommy and daddy for 18 years (untill they are adults)

good luck breh, hopefully she dont talk all your toys your out flossing on the siccness

Sorry about your situataion chris...But it looks like your gonna pay some child support...If the courts do not allow you to have custody of your kids (which is likely to happen casue the dad always gets screwed) they are moving with the mom...I dont know tho..In okc it may be different and favor the fathers......Is there a way you can move to California? Are you in the military?

One of my homeboys is prolly gonna get a divorce..He's from Cali and moved out to philly where his wife is from..He found a good job and has 2 kids....Now hes prolly gonna end up staying there to be close to his kids...But all his family is out here....

Sacrafices man....Best of luck..

the kids should stay there....also who pays the bills? does she have a job? or she planning on using you as income?

in court you gotta make her look bad with evidence, dont just slander her because your mad

but the person who controls the kids controls the outcome...that bitch wanna break up a family and bounce outta state...you better be goin after her for full custody and child support

divorce and splitting up is never pretty..but dont go out like willy lump lump because you go and get a heart in court....leave your emotions at the door....divorce is a battle...and you better be taking action to win that
