Who's the scarecrow guy he mentions in a few songs?

Scarecrow aka Crow aka Zkeircrow is a rapper from Kansas who developed a personal beef with Tech N9ne for a reason that has slipped my mind. Prolly over a female.

Anyway, he had a group with Hobo Tone called Holopoint and released an album "Pointblank" in 1999. Also had another group with Hobo Tone and Hustlamade Bugzy called Incognito. They released one album which I believe was self-titled.

I'm pretty sure that Tech was refered to on "Playa Hataz" on the Incognito album. Crow doesn't say his name, but I think it is.

I believe he says "pub" which refers to publishing rights.....
