....but bbq sauce on a cut brisket is blasphemy!

IMHO, BBQ sauce ( & I do love BBQ sauce ) really dont go on beef from the grill at all. It is all about the dry rub.

I hear ya,i did a rub on it but still added some bbq sauce,idk I was just feeling saucy that day.

There are two in San Jose, but the wait time for those is usually a couple of hours.

The one in Sac is usually a lot less busy.


Their king crab legs are bomb.

If you go, get the Whole Shabang sauce. Damn, now I want some.
