but if these players ur talking about are good enough shouldnt they have won the job outright in spring. I mean the first base job was wide open and they had to go out and sign castillo so im guessin either player ur talking about isnt very good.
but i would rather see the younf guys play and lose than the old guys play and lose.

Harper only got 9 AB's during ST...and Leone got limited playing time because they claimed Castillo off of waivers...they didn't really give them a chance to prove themselves...

we will end up around 70 and 92. pretty bad, but those 70 wins will mean someone aint making the playoffs either! and thats all that matters as we rebuild!
